For more than two decades, I have been my own boss, interweaving the work that makes me tick and the life that brings me joy.
As a serial entrepreneur, I've created, scaled and sold multiple six-figure businesses, but raising business and babies is what brought me into the sleep profession when I founded The Sleep Nanny® in 2013.
After troubleshooting sleep challenges for parents as an author, speaker, trainer and mentor for students in my sleep coach certification program, it was a natural evolution for me to combine my sleep expertise with my further certificates in positive psychology, sleep science, stress management and recovery, to coach high performers and entrepreneurs to optimise their success, starting with sleep.
