I Built e-School Because
This Place Didn't Exist.
Hi, I'm Lucy, and something you should know about me and e-School is this: I did not build it from a theory or a strategy. I built it from nearly three decades of doing it the hard way.
I have started businesses from nothing. I have scaled them, sold them, franchised them, and in one case changed my mind about one on the day it opened. I have lost my voice literally, to vocal nodules that ended a performing career I loved. I have lost it figuratively too, bullied online into dimming a light I had spent years building. I have lost my dad, suddenly, at 49, to the kind of lifestyle that entrepreneurship can quietly demand if you let it. And I have rebuilt, every single time, because I knew there was more available to me and I was not prepared to leave it on the table.
That is not a credentials list. That is the lived experience behind everything inside e-School.
I grew The Sleep Nanny® into an internationally recognised brand and franchise network. I know what it takes to build something from nothing, and I know that strategy alone is never the whole answer. The missing piece is almost always the human running the business, and how well that human is actually operating.

What stage of business is e-School for?

I am worried I will join and not use it. How is this different?
That is the most important question on this page, so here is an honest answer. e-School is not a passive content library.
